Saint Francis University is a registered university under the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinances (Cap. 320); the subsidiary Post Secondary Colleges Regulations (Cap 320A) is also applicable in the governance of the University.
The Board of Governors is the supreme governing body of the University; the Council, as the executive arm of the governing body, oversees the implementation of management.
