Ms Yip Ka Man Rachel received her undergraduate training as a pharmacist in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She worked as a community pharmacist after graduated and started her teaching career in 2007 at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. She acted as Programme Leader of a 2-year Higher Diploma programme overseeing programme administration, programme delivery and quality issue. In 2022, Ms Yip joined the Department of Health Sciences of the Caritas Bianchi College of Careers as the programme Leader of Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Dispensing program.
