Applicants with post-secondary qualifications (including final-year students of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma programme) can apply for admission to articulate to Undergraduate Programme via Admission Portal .

General Admission Requirements
Year 2 Entry
- Completed an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma programme pitched at Level 4 of the Hong Kong Qualification Framework; OR
- Other equivalent qualification will also be considered.
Year 3 Entry
- Completed an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma programme in related discipline pitched at Level 4 of the Hong Kong Qualification Framework; OR
- Other equivalent qualification will also be considered.
Programme Specific Requirements (Year 3 Entry only)
In addition to the General Entrance Requirements, applicants must satisfy the following entrance requirements specific to their chosen programme(s).

Programme Specific Requirements
In addition to the General Entrance Requirements, applicants must satisfy the following entrance requirements specific to their chosen programme(s).
Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) (Part-time)
- Completed AD/HD in Health discipline pitched at Level 4 of QF; OR
- Completed an AD/HD pitched at Level 4 of QF, and have one-year work experience in a health-related institution, organisation, or company.
Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) (Part-time)
- Completed an AD/HD in Social Work discipline pitched at Level 4 of QF that is recognised by the University, AND have relevant professional practice experience.
- Applicants who are working in the field and have at least two years of work experiences will be given priority in the student selection exercise.
Remarks:
1. Local students admitted under the programme would be eligible for a subsidy provided by the government under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP) subject to the approval of Education Bureau.
2. Shortlisted applicants will receive individual notifications regarding interview details from either the Registry or the Academic departments. The notifications will be sent through various electronic means (e.g. email, SMS, and phone (typically using phone numbers starting with 3702 or 3653). Applicants are advised to attend the interviews as scheduled since re-arrangement may not be feasible. Failure to attend the scheduled interview may result in their applications not being considered further.
