Congratulations on your admission to the Saint Francis University (SFU) and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) and a very warm welcome to the Caritas family !   

To formally register as a student of SFU/ CBCC, you are reminded to settle the balance of the 1st instalment of tuition fees by the specific deadline.  Please read carefully all the information on this website and take appropriate actions as required.

Pre-Programme Registration Procedures

  1. For students admitted through JUPAS, please refer to the JUPAS Website  (www.jupas.edu.hk).
  2. For students admitted through non-JUPAS, please refer to the Programme Registration Procedures below.

Programme Registration Procedures



1.1     The photo will be used for the production of Student ID Card

Please read and complete the following Programme Registration procedures:

3.1     On the programme registration day, please bring along the following documents for registration:

             (a) Original and copy of your Hong Kong Identity Card (If you are NOT holding a permanent HKID card,
                    please also bring the relevant identity documents) ;
             (b) Original and copy of your HKDSE examination result slip and/ or documents of your academic
                   qualifications;  
             (c) Original and copy of certified letters of your working experiences; and
             (d) Payment receipt after you have settled the balance of the first instalment of the tuition fees.

3.2     During the registration, students eligible for Non-Means-Tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS) or Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/ Sectors (SSSDP) will be required to complete the application/ declaration forms will be available when you come for registration.

3.3     Successfully complete the registration, Student ID card (for students submitted photos before programme registration day) and other information will be distributed to students. Please reserve about 30 – 45 minutes to complete the steps from 3.1 to 3.3.

3.4     You are invited to join the Student Affairs Office (SAO) briefing session to learn more about the services provided by the SAO such as scholarship and financial assistance, counselling services or student activities and amenities.

After programme registration, please follow the steps in "New Student Account Activation for 2024-25" to activate your computer account and email account to enjoy the online service, such as email service, student portal, student support services, and for access to PC in the computer laboratories, self-access room, library and WiFi service.


Please complete the New Student Survey  after activating your computer account.


6.1     Schedule: 29 August and 30 August 2024 (for 2024/25 New students)
6.2     Detailed schedule will be announced at the Student Portal on 15 August 2024


Important Notes

  1. For students of Saint Francis University/ Caritas Bianchi College of Careers all programmes who pay for the first instalment of tuition fees AFTER the above programme registration dates, please come for programme registration after 3 working days when you have settled the balance of 1st instalment of tuition fees.
  2. In case of adverse weather, such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and/or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the registration activities will be rescheduled. The rescheduling details will be announced through the University's website http://www.sfu.edu.hk.
