Graduands attending the Joint Graduation Ceremony are required to dress in full academic regalia (with gown and hood/ stole). Graduands are reminded to arrange and pick up your academic gown from Tick Your Gown Limited on or before Monday, 20 November 2023.
Gentlemen : Trousers, shirt, tie and leather shoes (no jeans or sports shoes)
Ladies : Dress or skirt and leather shoes (no jeans or sports shoes)
Gown rental services will be provided by Tick Your Gown (TYG). Graduands will directly deal with the service provider and that CIHE/CBCC will not be responsible for any disputes or claims arising out of the provision of the gown rental services.
Registration
Please visit www.tyg.hk/caritas for registration starting from 13 October 2023.

Payment
Total: HK$600 (rental charge HK$100/60 days and a deposit of HK$500 *)
*Deposit refund will be administered via bank transfer / FPS / Payme methods, within 14 days of the date of gown return. All data collected from graduands will solely be used for internal and refund purposes and shall not be disclosed to any third parties.
Late/Extension fee: HK$100/7days (every 7 days as one unit for charging the late charges/ extension fee)
Damage Fee: Gown $300 Hood $200 Hat $200 Full Set: $500
If you fail to return the full set of gown within the 60-Day period, the following late charges will be imposed:
