Remark	All participating graduates must be dressed and seated by 10:00 am Graduates arriving late may not be allowed to join the Ceremony. All participants are not allowed to leave the Sports Centre until the end of the Ceremony.

Afternoon Session for all graduates from the

Venue	René Chevalier Multi-Purpose Sports Centre, Level 2, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers
Remark	All participating graduates must be dressed and seated by 1:45 pm Graduates arriving late may not be allowed to join the Ceremony. All participants are not allowed to leave the Sports Centre until the end of the Ceremony.

Admission to the Campuses

Please arrive at the Sports Centre by 9:15 am (for morning session)/ 1:15 pm (for afternoon session) on 20 November 2023.
Please present your Ceremony ticket for admission and show your Hong Kong Identity Card for verification at the entrance of the Sports Centre.
The campuses are open only to graduates and guests with Ceremony tickets.
For graduates who have completed the Graduate Destination Survey 2023, a graduation certificate holder cylinder will be offered as a souvenir.

Dress Code

Gentlemen : Trousers, shirt, tie and leather shoes (no jeans or sports shoes)
Ladies : Dress or skirt and leather shoes (no jeans or sports shoes)

Tickets and House Rules

Tickets will be distributed to participating graduates by post. Full tickets must be presented for admission to the venue.
Owing to the limited seating capacity of the venue, a maximum of two guest tickets for each participating graduate will be provided. Meanwhile, please remind your guests to comply with the following regulations:

Children under 6 will not be admitted.
Seating will be arranged on a first-come-first-served basis. If the Sports Centre is full, guests may be directed to watch the live broadcast of the Ceremony at a designated venue on the campus.
Latecomers will have to wait for breaks in the proceedings for entry.
Please switch off all mobile phones, pagers, and other alarm devices.
Unauthorized photo-taking, recording, and filming/videotaping are not allowed in the venue(s).
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the Sports Centre.
Smoking is prohibited on campus.

In case of any disputes, the decision of CIHE/CBCC shall be final.
