Media Coverage - Interview of the Progrmme Leader of the Higher Diploma in Film and Media Production 2025-02-23

Mr CHAN Shu Chi, Programme Leader of the Higher Diploma in Film and Media Production cum Senior Lecturer of the Department of Design, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers, was interviewed by TVB news programme "Sunday Report" to express his views on the future development of Hong Kong's film industry.

He said that he would like to contribute his ability to nurture outstanding young filmmakers to produce more quality works, so as to attract audiences to buy tickets and pass on Hong Kong films from one generation to the next. He also pointed out that in recent years, the types of films that can create outstanding box office records are no longer limited to the traditional martial arts and comedy, and he hoped that the new generation can have more opportunities to utilize their creativity.
