Dr Carol CHAN said that the DipHS is targeted at students who did not score well in English in the DSE but have a passion for healthcare, and they will learn basic nursing and rehabilitation knowledge to prepare for the Higher Diploma. She added that Higher Diploma graduates will be eligible for admission to the 3.5-year Bachelor of Nursing (Honors) (Applied Degree Places), and will be able to become Registered Nurses upon graduation.
