Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) is pleased to announce that the first Master's Degree programme, Master of Corporate Governance (MCG), is officially launched. Approved by Chief Executive in Council in June 2021 and recognised by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) in March 2021, this part-time programme will be under the Collaborative Course Agreement (CCA) between the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and CIHE (subject to HKICS' final approval). Upon approval, graduates of MCG are eligible for full exemption from the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) examinations.
It is an ideal programme choice for applicants who wish to obtain professional qualifications of Chartered Secretaries (CS) and Chartered Governance Professional (CGP), as well as for those who wish to enter the field of company secretaries.
