Saint Francis University held a New Year's party on campus for the first time after granted the university title. On that day (January 18, 2024), the school board of governors, school council, management team, academic staffs and students also participated.
His Eminence Cardinal Stephen CHOW, S.J., the chairperson of the board of governors, said that Saint Francis University will continue to be committed to holistic education and encourage students to give back to the society with love and service. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to the SAR Government, Education Bureau, Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications and different stakeholders.
Denis Chang Khen-Lee, CBE, SC, JP, the Chairperson of the School Council, said that Saint Francis University will continue to work closely with all walks of life to build a diverse, flexible and "one-stop" education ladder.
