In collaboration with the CUHK Medical Centre Alex Whong Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre, senior lecturers from the S.K. Apart from gaining an initial understanding of their muscle and fat ratio, the participants learnt the basic principles of exercise as well as stretching and strengthening exercises to enhance their awareness of self-health management and fall prevention. Teachers and students were grateful for the support of the participants who were very enthusiastic and engaged in the whole process of testing and learning.
