Saint Francis University Hosts First Thanksgiving Mass To Celebrate Milestone Achievement

Saint Francis University (SFU) is honoured to invite the Members of Board of Governors and Council, and university donors and supporters to a special Thanksgiving Mass at The Hong Kong Catholic Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception on 11 January 2025, marking a significant milestone in the university's journey. This momentous occasion commemorates the conferral of the University title on January 9, 2024, and provides an opportunity for reflection on our achievements and expressions of gratitude for the blessings we have received.

The Thanksgiving Mass was celebrated by His Eminence Cardinal Stephen CHOW, S.J., Bishop of Hong Kong (Chair of Board of Governors, SFU) and concelebrated by 10 priests including University's Chaplain Fr. Arturo DE LA TORRE, and 12 students as altar servers, 8 student readers and participated in prayers, and SFU Choir. Over 200 participants attended this joyful occasion.
