The short film 'Mint Condition' written and directed by CBCC Teacher was awarded the Best Foreign Short and the Best Director Short in the London Independent Film Awards

The short film 'Mint Condition' written and directed by Ms Soman CHOI, Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Design, CBCC, was awarded the Best Foreign Short and the Best Director Short in the London Independent Film Awards. 'Mint Condition' is a science fantasy film that describes the education system of a fictional city. The film was produced by Mr Albert MAK, the director of 'Rob N Roll' and 'Hit N Fun', and main casts included Ms Hathy LAW, Ms Jessica CHAN, Ms Anjaylia CHAN and Mr Kenneth CHEUNG.
Ms Soman CHOI joined the Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild Master Class 2024 last year, and was selected by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency of Hong Kong (CCIDAHK) and receive production fundings for the film.
