Programme Objectives

The BSocSc Programme aims to nurture responsible and respectable graduates who are academically and professionally acclaimed in the respective disciplines and able to make contributions to society. Through the BSocSc Programme, the School intends to provide students with a broad-based learning experience for their intellectual and personal development such that graduates should be

• sensitive to social issues, able to critically examine social phenomena and promote social justice;
• able to employ diversified skills and frameworks in arriving at sound diagnosis of societal changes
• as ethical and caring persons who are capable of making informed decisions in their future careers and in daily life.
