The Registry is committed to providing quality services to prospective students, current students, alumni and staff members of both Saint Francis University and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers. The Registry is responsible for a wide range of functions, including student admission, course enrolments, issuance of transcripts / certifying letters, student records maintenance, timetabling, examinations and production of graduation certificates.
The Registry comprises four teams, 1) Admission, 2) Examinations, Timetabling and Academic Regulations, 3) Student Records & General Administration and 4) Data Analytics and Reporting Team, to perform the above-mentioned functions. The Registry is overseen by the Registrar, who is also a member of the Management Group of the University / College and reports directly to the Vice-President (Academic and Quality Assurance).
