Mr Chow is the Programme Leader of Department of Business in Caritas Bianchi College of Careers. He has more than 10 years' work experience in business. Prior to joining the college, he worked as product manager in various multi-national companies. He has over 7 years of teaching experience in Associate Degree and Higher Diploma levels. Other than teaching IT subjects, he also teaches Quantitative Techniques, Strategic Management and Computerized Accounting.
