Personal Information
Most people call him as " Chi san". He is the Programme Leader of HDFMP ( High Diploma in Film & Media Production) of Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) and he also serves the film industry in Hong Kong in various roles. Since his graduation from Shu Yan College, he's been working in the industry, from pre-production, production and post-production as well as distribution of movies, TV series and animations. He has gained rich experience from different kinds of post, including executive producer, director, line producer, script writer, post-production director, distribution manager, brand builder… More than 200 Hong Hong local productions can be found his name in it.
Education
Chi san received a higher diploma of Business Management from Shu Yan College and a Master of Arts in Producing in Film, Television and New Media at Baptist University.
After having rich experience in film production, he also joined hands with government officials to help implementing government policies to support the growth of film industry, such as "First Feature Film Initiatives" (FFFI) and the "Film Professionals Training Programme", both projects aim at nourishing new blood for the industry.

Chi san is the President of Association of Motion Picture Post Production Professionals(AMP4) from 2019 till now.
Vice President of Asian comic & Animation Culture Association from 2016-2019.
Director of Hong Kong Film Awards Association（香港電影金像獎） from 2019 till now.
