Ms. Sandy CHENG is a Lecturer at the Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences. She holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Social Work from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a registered social worker. Ms. CHENG is dedicated to promoting the holistic development of young people through education and training.
