Dr CHAN Bing Kwan

Biography

Dr Bing Kwan CHAN is currently an assistant professor at Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences. Before joining Saint Francis University in 2024, he taught social policy courses in the Department of Social Work and College of International Education of Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interests include ethnic minority groups, social and public policy in Hong Kong and media effects on policymaking.
