Dr Mandy LEUNG Ka Man

Biography

Dr. Leung Ka Man is a Research Assistant Professor at Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences, Saint Francis University. Her research interests include informal housing, urban poverty, affordable housing and urban housing analyses. She was awarded RGC Postdoctoral Fellowship, Fulbright-Lee Hysan Research Scholar Award and Swire Scholarship. Her research on informal housing supply, contractual informality and governance of sub-divided units in Hong Kong were published in Cities and Journal of Asian Public Policy.
