Biography
Yida CHUNG is an Assistant Professor at the Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences, Caritas Institute of Higher Education. Before joining CIHE, she taught at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for 12 years. She is a registered social worker who worked as a frontline social worker and at the management levels of various NGOs for 12 years. Dr. CHUNG has extensive experience working with people with substance abuse and mental health issues. Her current research interests include addictive behaviors such as substance abuse, online gaming, gambling, and mental health issues. She has initiated research projects with various NGOs on online gaming, gambling, and mental health issues.
