Zita finished her undergraduate at the University of California, Los Angeles majoring in Psychology with a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology. After graduation, she is further trained in the counseling field with a master's degree in Counseling from Monash University. She joined Caritas Institute of Education as a Lecturer and had over eight years of working experience with children, adolescents, and adults in school settings. She also provides individual and group counseling specializing in personal growth and development. Her academic interest is mainly in special education needs (SEN), counseling, resilience and art therapy.
