I am senior lecturer at Saint Francis University (Formerly known as Caritas Institute of Higher Education) and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers. Prior to joining Caritas, I was part-time lecturer teaching undergraduate and MBA programmes and research assistant at The Open University of Hong Kong in 2007-2020.

Before working full-time in academia, I was sales manager with rich commercial experiences for over 20 years having expertise in infotainment and e-payment. I worked for Murata, NEC, Philips, among others, and gradually moved up the ranks from marketing officer, project manager to sales manager. In 2003, I successfully introduced the first SRS® virtual surrounding system embedded into local and China brands' mini combos and televisions.

I received PhD in marketing from University of Leicester, MBA from Royal Holloway, University of London and BComm (Marketing) from Curtin University of Technology. My research interests lie on celebrity, human brands and shadow education.

I taught year three/four BBA programmes including Asia Pacific Issues in Management, Global Issues in Management and Managing International Business for both full-time and part-time students. I also taught Business and Entrepreneurship Project for full-time MBA students' final year dissertation project. I am currently teaching Advertising and Promotion (BBA), Quality Service Management (BBA) and Brand Management (BBA).
