Biography

Derry Law holds a PhD in Fashion, Culture, Design, Marketing, Society and Human Behaviour. For over 20 years, he has worked in different tertiary education institutions in Hong Kong and has been responsible for multidisciplinary research projects. He has collaborated on numerous occasions with fashion-related, retailing and entertainment businesses to create and organise industry-related projects.

Culture, Arts and Design; Visual Merchandising and Retailing, Research Projects in Fashion, Graphic and Interior Architecture, Culture Theory on Visual Communication and Social Design, Consumer Behaviour, Event Planning and Marketing, Innovation and Strategy in Design Business, Project Management in Design Business.

Research Interests

Derry Law's research focuses are fashion, design, store atmosphere, visual aesthetics, consumer psychology, culture, and human behaviour.
