We would like to introduce to you a Certificate in Family Office Management course to be launched in mid-February 2024. It starts from 19 February 2024 to 21 March 2024 with totally ten classes.
Hong Kong, as an international financial centre and wealth management centre, gives family offices great advantages in operation and development. To create a conducive and competitive environment for the businesses of global family offices and asset owners to thrive in the city, the government announced earlier this year a series of policy measures, including a new Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, tax concessions, and market facilitation.
For those who are part of a family with high-end assets, or involved in family office, wealth management, finance, banking, accounting, or the legal field, or intend to develop a career in family offices, acquiring family office related competencies and qualifications is vital.
The Certificate in Family Office Management course is co-hosted by the Centre for Advanced and Professional Studies and the Rita Tong Liu School of Business and Hospitality Management at Caritas Institute of Higher Education. In around a month’s time, learners will equip themselves with the capability to establish a family office, manage a family office and high-end family assets in addition to knowledge about rules and regulations, social responsibility, and sustainable growth.
The instructor, Mr Dixon Wong, is experienced in teaching family office management. He had been the Head of Financial Services and Global Head of Family Office at Invest Hong Kong of the HKSAR government and is currently Managing Partner and Head of Wealth Management & Family Office at Oakwise Capital and Special Adviser to President of U&I GROUP.
Please find attached details of the certificate course for your reference. Lectures and a workshop have been scheduled for weekday evenings. Learners can also choose to take individual modules and obtain a certificate of attendance after meeting the specified requirement.
