Alongside our booth showcasing the School's innovative programmes, our Assistant Professor, Dr Ken Ip, delivered a keynote on AI's impact on marketing. A key question raised during the session was: if AI can do it all, what's left for marketers? This sparked insightful conversations about how professionals can continue to add value in a world increasingly shaped by automation.
