Margaret has been an Assistant Professor since 2014 and as the Programme Leader of the BN (Hons) Programme (Academic) in the period of 2/2019 to 3/2020. She was one of the core members of the Programme Planning Team for the Higher Diploma in Enrolled Nursing Programme commenced in 9/2021. She registered in the Hong Kong Nursing Board in 1985 and went to Australia to study for the Bachelor of Nursing in 1991. She had also completed the Master of Science in Training (UK) and the Master of Applied Management in Nursing (NSW) in Hong Kong through distance learning. She obtained the Doctor of Nursing qualification from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. She worked with Hospital Authority from 1992 to 2007. She then started her teaching career in 2008. Dr Pau is also a member of The International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) and the Council member of The College of Gerontology Nursing
