During the previous appointment as Senior Physiotherapist in Hospital Authority, Alvin was specialized in neurological rehabilitation for more than 20 years. He had involved in clinical education for undergraduate and also mentorship training for specialization of physiotherapists in this area. Before Alvin joined Caritas Institute of Higher Education, he worked in Caritas Lok Kan School as Voluntary Consultant Physiotherapist for 3-4 years, to provide on-site education and training to physiotherapist, teachers and other professionals, to learn physiotherapy treatment for the special children.
