Biography

Raymond completed his undergraduate studies in physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Upon graduation, he worked in private practices in Sydney and in Melbourne. During that time, Raymond was involved with highly-acclaimed physiotherapist, Sarah Key MVO, and supported her in masterclass teaching for graduate physiotherapists in manual therapy skills and management of low back pain.

After completing his postgraduate training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, he joined The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Department of Rehabilitation Science in 2015 as Clinical Instructor and was later promoted to Clinical Associate. During that time, Raymond was involved with teaching the BSc(Hons)PT and MPT entry level physiotherapy programmes and consulted at The PolyU Rehabilitation Clinic.

Raymond's clinical interests are in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and he specialises in managing chronic pain and spinal conditions. He has been consulting as Locum Physiotherapist at Princess Margaret Hospital since 2020.

Raymond joined the CIHE physiotherapy team in 2022 as Senior Lecturer and endeavours to help train a new generation of loving and caring physiotherapists for the future of Hong Kong.
