Biography

Ms Joyce Tsang graduated from her undergraduate degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and received her postgraduate training as a dietitian at University of Sydney. She engaged in research and teaching activities at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine at The University of Hong Kong, alongside with her health promotion activities in the community, including nutrition talks and cooking classes.

Ms Tsang joined Caritas Institute of Higher Education (now Saint Francis University) and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers in 2023. She is involved in teaching activities for Bachelor of Nursing (Honours), Higher Diploma in Health Care, Higher Diploma in Enrolled Nursing (General), and Diploma in Health Sciences programmes. She is now pursuing her Doctor of Health Science degree at The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
