Biography
Ms Diana Tsang was a registered nurse and midwife for more than thirty years. She graduated with the Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) and obtained her Master of Science in Management in Health Care. Since 2015, she has been dedicated to nurturing nursing students through clinical practicum and hands-on experience in the Nursing Laboratories. She believes all genuine learning comes through experience and she aims to facilitate students in reflecting from their experiences. She has served as the Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) Programme Leader to monitors matters regarding nursing clinical practicum and the Nursing Laboratories from 2019. Currently, she actively explores the implementation and impact of clinical simulation on nursing students and coordinates the involvement of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in clinical simulation.

Ms Diana Tsang's research interests are Clinical simulation, Clinical practicum, Patient safety, as well as Teaching and Learning in Nursing Laboratories.
