Education is fundamental for healthcare professionals. Nurturing of a competent healthcare staff member relies on solid education background and appropriate practical experience. The English saying “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” or knowledge is only useful after it has been tried out and used, certainly applies to the healthcare profession.
As love forms the cornerstone of all we do, all staff in my School are expected to teach with love and dedication, and act as role models for students to follow. Students are taught to serve and should live up to patients’ expectations. Teachers will guide students to think critically, and to internalize in general love and compassion for mankind.
