Lina obtained a Master Degree in Early Childhood Education from The Education University of Hong Kong, as well as an Honours Bachelor degree and a Certificate in Early Childhood Education. She has over 18 years of practical teaching and administrative management experience in local kindergartens, having held positions such as kindergarten teacher, supervisor, and vice-principal, she has also served as a part-time fieldwork supervisor and lecturer at Saint Francis University.
