胡智恒博士现为圣方济各大学汤罗凤贤社会科学院助理教授。他的研究聚焦于人类在行为决策中的信念,特别关注信念如何塑造个人对心理负担的反应及其调适策略的使用。
在加入圣方济各大学之前,胡博士累积了近二十年的市场营销及消费者研究行业经验。他将学术研究与实务结合,透过把心理学原理转化为可行动策略,提升整个客户旅程的客户体验。
