背景简介

黄于唱教授，现任圣方济各大学汤罗凤贤社会科学院教授。教授科目为社会福利政策、社会工作研究、和资讯科技在社会服务界的使用。曾参与多项香港及澳门政府及社会服务机构所委托的研究项目，例如香港及澳门的退休保障、香港及澳门长者照顾及香港低收入入士及长者就业问题等。亦曾多次参与香港社会工作课程的顾问及课程评审工作。
