锺耀明博士

背景简介

锺耀明是圣方济各大学（前称明爱专上学院）金融学副教授。他教授商业金融和数据分析。锺教授拥有俄亥俄大学（美国）金融学博士学位和曼尼托巴大学（加拿大）计算机科学荣誉学士学位。他曾担任格里菲斯大学金融学科协调员和研究生召集人。

教学

锺教授曾在康考迪亚大学（加拿大）、香港理工大学（香港）和格里菲斯大学（澳大利亚）任教。他拥有近 30 年的学术生涯，在课程开发、项目管理、课堂教学和研究生监督方面拥有丰富的经验。他教授过很多课程，包括公司财务、投资和财务报表分析。

研究

他的主要研究领域包括公司治理、盈余管理、环境、社会和治理 (ESG) 以及中小企业 (SME)。他在《管理科学》、《当代会计研究》和《公司财务杂志》等着名期刊上发表了多篇参考论文。他获得了许多关于经济适用房领域的外部研究资助。
