背景简介
我在英国利物浦大学完成了护理学士学位,具有护理及专业的健康外展资格。透过研究硕士及博士论文,继续追求对老年学及长期护理的兴趣,研究有关安老院对长者、家人和护理者的工作。多年来,我的研究及学术兴趣包括服务组织、利用和协作关怀,主要使用定性研究方法,特别兴趣包括护理组织和工作、安老院决策、长期护理的领导和管理、长者和家人的出院计划、及患有认知障碍症和轻中度智障长者的家庭决策。我抱着深厚的热情和奉献精神,继续将老年学及定性研究知识结合到学术生涯及博士后的发展中。同时,我也教授本科生和研究生的护理、老年学及定性研究课程。
