現任聖方濟各大學湯羅鳳賢社會科學院副院長,於高等教育界教學接近20年,主力課程發展及學院管理。亦為一資深社工實習老師,督導超過200多名學生。畢業後從事社區發服務,擔任工作隊隊長,後轉任青少年院舍工作,出任院長一職,為有情緒困擾青少年提供院護服務。本人亦積極參與社區服務,曾為社會工作註冊局選仕委員。現時為一間為智障人士提供就業訓練的社會企業主席,並出任香港社會工作院校協會及亞洲防癮協會委員,同時為一資助小學管理委員會成員。

主要科目範疇包括社區工作及宏觀實踐,青少年工作,程序規劃及管理,統整實踐。現時執教技巧工作坊I及II,以及社會工作理論與實踐III。
研究範疇圍繞社會工作教育、實習督導、社區發展、青少年工作及成癮問題。曾擔任International Social Work, International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction, Asian Journal of Gambling Issues and Public Health and Community Development Resource Book 等刊物的朋輩審閱工作。
