背景簡介
曹博士是湯羅鳳賢社會科學院副教授。她的研究興趣集中於有關兒童和青少年的福祉議題。她的學術研究涉及不同領域,包括跨國兒童福祉比較、兒童貧窮、兒童福利比較、年輕少數族裔人士的理財素養與財務福祉、少數族裔青少年的工作過渡、和去家庭化。她最近的研究專注於香港小學生的福祉問題。曹博士的教學興趣包括社會研究方法、生命全期發展、及多樣性和平等。她曾任香港浸會大學社會工作學系助理教授及青年研究及實踐中心副主任。
