Mr LAI Kin Kwok
背景簡介
在 2005 年加入明愛專上學院（當時稱「明愛徐誠斌學院」）前，賴先生曾擔任前線社工服務舊區居民多年，故一直關注基層居民的住屋及倡議改善政策。他連同一班前線社工，學者及政策研究員等於 2012 年成立「全港關注劏房平台」，並擔任召集人至 2019 年。隨後與劏房平台同事成立「侖居社會房屋平台有限公司」，以提供社會房屋服務的方式倡議基層住屋的政策。他同時擔任不同機構及組織的董事會及成員工作，以協助本地非政府機構的發展。除了教學外，他亦有協助社會體驗活動，以擴闊同學的視野及經驗。
