Mr Louie LOU Kong Sang
背景簡介
劉港生現任香港明愛專上學院，湯羅鳳賢社會科學院高級講師。在加入明愛專上學院之前，他曾任職於香港大學、嶺南大學、伍倫貢書院及香港老年學會，擔任兼職教學職位。
他有超過30年以上實際服務經驗。他是香港明愛安老服務的高級督導主任。在2020年代他負責督導明愛賽馬會照顧者資源及支援中心、西貢及將軍澳區明愛綜合家居照顧服務。他亦同時協調綜合家居照顧服務15隊半及改善家居及社區照顧務一隊半的服務。此外，他亦統籌「支援身體機能有輕度缺損的長者試驗計劃」
在2010年代，他負責推廣第三齡服務、年輕長者服務、有償義工服務、長者攝製隊、長者在再培訓計劃、長青學苑、長者義務工作嘉許計劃等。他亦負責成立推動第三齡服務的先導計劃，並申請資助設立年輕長者中心。他更負責將第三齡服務計劃，推廣至明愛轄下的13間長者地區中心及長者中心。
在2000年代，他成立第一個「明愛長者聯會」服務使用者參與計劃，在34個安老服務單位中推行。他分別督導長者鄰舍中心、綜合家居照顧服務、自負盈虧日間中心、及安老院舍。他亦負責協調香港明愛安老服務的服務發展: 慈善籌款、程序檢討、職員培訓、服務質素標準設立、服務重檢及審查、及資訊科技發展。他亦負責為明愛徐誠斌書院的社工學生，擔任實習導師。
