背景簡介

黃於唱教授，現任聖方濟各大學湯羅鳳賢社會科學院教授。教授科目為社會福利政策、社會工作研究、和資訊科技在社會服務界的使用。曾參與多項香港及澳門政府及社會服務機構所委托的研究項目，例如香港及澳門的退休保障、香港及澳門長者照顧及香港低收入入士及長者就業問題等。亦曾多次參與香港社會工作課程的顧問及課程評審工作。

過往至今參與78個研究項目，研究經費總金額為3千7百萬，當中1千2百多萬為擔任首席或共同首席研究員的研究經費。
