鍾耀明博士

背景簡介

鍾耀明是聖方濟各大學（前稱明愛專上學院）金融學副教授。他教授商業金融和數據分析。鍾教授擁有俄亥俄大學（美國）金融學博士學位和曼尼托巴大學（加拿大）計算機科學榮譽學士學位。他曾擔任格里菲斯大學金融學科協調員和研究生召集人。

教學

鍾教授曾在康考迪亞大學（加拿大）、香港理工大學（香港）和格里菲斯大學（澳大利亞）任教。他擁有近 30 年的學術生涯，在課程開發、項目管理、課堂教學和研究生監督方面擁有豐富的經驗。他教授過很多課程，包括公司財務、投資和財務報表分析。

研究

他的主要研究領域包括公司治理、盈餘管理、環境、社會和治理 (ESG) 以及中小企業 (SME)。他在《管理科學》、《當代會計研究》和《公司財務雜誌》等著名期刊上發表了多篇參考論文。他獲得了許多關於經濟適用房領域的外部研究資助。
