Dr Terrence KONG Tsz Hei

背景簡介

本人現為聖方濟各大學廖湯慧靄商業及款待管理學院的助理教授。本人在香港理工大學取得旅遊業管理榮譽理學士學位後，於酒店前堂部累積了豐富的實務經驗。2018年，本人赴日本和歌山大學攻讀碩士學位，其後返回香港理工大學深造，專攻酒店及旅遊管理領域，並獲頒哲學博士學位。

教學

憑藉其行業經驗與學術背景，本人的教學主要涵蓋酒店與旅遊業管理、可持續旅遊、文化遺產旅遊以及質性研究方法。本人曾在香港與日本的大學任教，積累了一定的跨文化教學經驗。在聖方濟各大學，本人負責教授酒店與旅遊業管理相關課程，並致力於將體驗式學習與互動遊戲融入學生的學習體驗。

[教學經驗]

研究

除了熱衷於為學生提供高質量的學習體驗外，本人亦是一位新進學者，曾於香港理工大學酒店及旅遊業管理學院擔任博士後研究員。目前的研究主要集中在文化遺產旅遊、國家認同與研學旅遊管理等領域。研究項目著重探討遊客在紅色旅遊景點的體驗，以及香港青少年赴内地研學旅遊相關經歷。
