羅佩麗博士

背景簡介

我在英國利物浦大學完成了護理學士學位，具有護理及專業的健康外展資格。透過研究碩士及博士論文，繼續追求對老年學及長期護理的興趣，研究有關安老院對長者、家人和護理者的工作。多年來，我的研究及學術興趣包括服務組織、利用和協作關懷，主要使用定性研究方法，特別興趣包括護理組織和工作、安老院決策、長期護理的領導和管理、長者和家人的出院計劃、及患有認知障礙症和輕中度智障長者的家庭決策。我抱著深厚的熱情和奉獻精神，繼續將老年學及定性研究知識結合到學術生涯及博士後的發展中。同時，我也教授本科生和研究生的護理、老年學及定性研究課程。
