背景資料

李敬恒博士在香港中文大學哲學系獲得哲學學士、碩士及博士學位。畢業後，李博士曾在多所大專院校任教，包括香港專上學院、香港中文大學、香港浸會大學及香港教育大學，並於2013年加入明愛專上學院的人文及語言學院，出任高級講師及通識教育文憑課程主任，並於2015年至2019年擔任人文及語言學院署理副院長。

除了在學院教學外，李博士亦積極參與本港的哲學推廣與普及工作，並曾獲邀到香港中央圖書館、獨立書店、文學、戲劇與音樂團體、以及大專與中學等不同機構組織演講與出席研討與對談活動。由2018至2020年，李博士獲香港電台電視部邀請，擔任廣受好評的清談節目《哲學有偈傾》的主持人之一。李博士亦定期在不同媒體上發表以普羅大眾為對象、以哲學的角度探討藝術、文學和教育的文章。

研究範圍

李博士的研究興趣包括後設哲學、比較哲學、倫理學、社會和政治哲學、存在主義、儒家、莊子、讓·保羅·沙特、湯瑪斯·內格爾與T.M.斯坎倫。目前，李博士正在致力研究以美國哲學家內格爾的理論框架詮釋儒家與莊子的思想。
