Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) have a renowned tradition as a caring educational institution. In support of the Institute’s vision for nurturing and empowering students to realise their potential, the Unit for Learning Achievement (ULA), was established under Student Affairs Office in December 2019.

Workshop on South Asian Henna

In South Asia culture, Henna is generally used to express luck and happiness. Different patterns carry different blessing meanings. Our student ambassador would introduce you the origins of this practice and its special meaning. She would also guide you to draw beautiful and distinctive patterns on your hand. We hope your stress will be relieved though drawing Henna, which will bring some luck to your life too!

Recollect moments via sand

Recollect moments via sand is an experiential activity to recollect moments in relationships through art expression. It would be a personal and interactive journey with the use of therapeutic cards and sand bottle creation. Through self-exploration, this activity not only enables participants to increase self-understanding, adjust and enrich own self, but also recreate a new mindset towards own interpersonal relationship.

This project is supported by The Community Chest Medical Assistance Fund. It is aimed to offer financial assistance to adolescents who are suspected to suffer from emotional or mental health issues and let them obtain counselling and medical service at early stage.

Soar 2 Light Project
Soar 2 Light project provide emergency financial assistance to youth who are in need of psychiatric or psychological treatment service. This emergency fund can be applied all year round, and the amount of assistance will depend on the condition of individual applicant.
